This Privacy Policy explains what information MOGHIM ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit moghim.shop or purchase our products, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2.1 INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us directly: → Name, email address, shipping and billing address, and payment information when you place an order (payment details are collected and processed by Shopify's payment processor — we do not store your full card number) → Email address (and sometimes name or skin-related answers) when you sign up for our email list, enter a pop-up offer, or complete our skin quiz → Any information, including photos, you voluntarily submit as part of a refund request (for example, a photo of your skin or of the product) → Any information you send us directly, such as customer service emails

Information collected automatically: → Standard technical data when you browse the Site (IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL) via Shopify's built-in analytics and cookies → Marketing and advertising data via tracking pixels and cookies, including the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, which helps us measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on Meta platforms. This may involve sharing limited data (such as a hashed email address or your on-site activity) with Meta — see Section 2.5 below. → Email engagement data (opens, clicks) via our email platform, Klaviyo, if you're subscribed to our list

2.2 HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use the information above to: → Process and fulfill your order, including sending it to our fulfillment partner for shipping → Communicate with you about your order (confirmations, shipping updates, refund requests) → Send marketing emails, if you've opted in, via Klaviyo (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email) → Review and process refund requests, including any photos submitted → Improve the Site and our products → Run and measure advertising, including on Meta platforms → Detect and prevent fraud → Comply with legal obligations

2.3 HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share information with service providers who help us run the business, including: → Shopify (e-commerce platform and payment processing) → Selfnamed, to fulfill and ship your order (this requires sharing your name and shipping address) → Klaviyo (email marketing) → Meta (Facebook/Instagram), for advertising and ad measurement, via the Meta Pixel and related tools. This may be considered a "sale" or "share" of data under some state privacy laws (like California's), even though no money changes hands — see Section 2.6 for your rights. → Analytics and fraud-prevention providers → Law enforcement or other parties, if required by law or to protect our rights

We require these providers to only use your information to perform services for us, consistent with this policy.

2.4 COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES We use cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and measure and personalize advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law, we will present a cookie consent banner allowing you to opt out of non-essential cookies.

2.5 ADVERTISING ON META (FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM) We use the Meta Pixel to track activity on our Site and show you relevant MOGHIM ads on Facebook and Instagram, and to measure how well our ads perform. This may involve Meta receiving data about your visit to our Site. 2.6 YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS Depending on where you live, you may have rights to: → Know what personal information we've collected about you → Request a copy of, or deletion of, your personal information → Correct inaccurate information → Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information for targeted advertising (including our use of the Meta Pixel) → Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

Residents of California and other states with comparable privacy laws (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah) can exercise these rights by contacting us at hello@moghim.shop. You can opt out of email marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

2.7 DATA RETENTION We retain order and customer information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, comply with tax and legal obligations, and resolve disputes, and then delete or anonymize it in line with our internal retention practices.

2.8 CHILDREN'S PRIVACY This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at hello@moghim.shop and we'll delete it.

2.9 SECURITY We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including relying on Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

2.10 CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
