Shipping

4.1 WHERE WE SHIP: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. 

4.2 HOW YOUR ORDER IS FULFILLED Your MOGHIM order is shipped directly by our fulfillment partner, "Selfnamed", rather than from a MOGHIM warehouse. This lets us keep the product fresh and get it to you without unnecessary handling.

4.3 PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME: Orders are typically delivered within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase. This includes processing time at our fulfillment partner and transit time with the carrier. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high order volume (for example, around holidays).

4.4 SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping is free on all orders within the U.S.

4.5 ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

4.6 INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, though we'll do what we can to help resolve the issue if you contact us promptly at hello@moghim.shop.

4.7 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at hello@moghim.shop within 7 days, and we'll help you look into it with the carrier. We will reship/refund your order based on the customer's needs.
