These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at moghim.shop (the "Site") and any purchase you make from MOGHIM ("MOGHIM," "we," "us," or "our"). MOGHIM is operated by MOGHIM, 10789 N 400 W, Wheatfield, IN 46392.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1.1 WHO CAN BUY: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. If you are purchasing on behalf of a minor (for example, a parent buying for a teenage son), you confirm that you are the purchasing adult and that you accept these Terms on your own behalf.

1.2 PRODUCTS MOGHIM sells skincare products, currently the MOGHIM 3-Step Kit (Acne Purifying Face Wash, Purifying Toner with Salicylic Acid, and Niacinamide Gel Moisturizer), sold as a one-time purchase. We do not currently offer subscriptions.

Product descriptions, ingredient information, and claims on this Site are provided for informational purposes. Individual results vary. MOGHIM products are cosmetics, not drugs, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this Site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, consult a physician or dermatologist before use.

1.3 PRICING & PAYMENT All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice, though changes won't affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment processor at the time of purchase. You represent that you're authorized to use the payment method provided.

1.4 ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

1.5 SHIPPING See our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines and details. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

1.10 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOGHIM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

1.11 DISPUTE RESOLUTION / ARBITRATION: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and MOGHIM each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

1.12 GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

1.13 CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
